The Conference Regulatory Transformations: Reality and Prospects will examine the the rule of law in times of crisis by addressing different issues of regulation in various areas of technological innovation, competition and climate change.

The event will be chaired by Prof. Palombella (PhD in Law, Coordinator), and will be divided in two sessions: in the first one, from 8.45 to 10.45, F. Di Mascio (Università di Torino) will address Regulation and technological innovation, while M. De Bellis (Università Tor Vergata), will speak about Competition among regulators in a multilevel system (national, international, global); in the second one, E. Sirsi (Università di Pisa) will adress Climate Change and agri-food law: crisis, mitigation and adjustment, and V. Vadi (Lancaster University) will focus on The Protection of Cultural Heritage in International Investment Law and Arbitration. E. Chiti (Università della Tuscia) will be the discussant for the second session.
