The Annual Joint PhD Workshop in Legal Studies, organized by the European University Institute and the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna and coordinated by Prof. Drahos and Prof. Palombella, has become a regular event that helps to widen the horizon of our respective intellectual communities and to create conversations between them.
It has the purpose of bringing together Law PhD researchers from the EUI and SSSUP to present draft chapters of their work and receive feedback from their peers and from faculty from both institutions. It also aims to enhance links and intellectual ties between both communities of researchers.
Any PhD researcher from the EUI or the SSSUP can apply to present a draft paper at the workshop, on any topic related to their research project, and the papers selected (up to 12) shall be discussed by doctoral researchers and faculty of the European University Institute and Scuola Sant’Anna.
This year the workshop will take place on Tuesday 6 November 2018, at the Scuola Sant’Anna in Pisa.
PhD researchers in law at each institution should submit a 500 word abstract of their proposed paper to firstname.lastname@example.org by 28 June 2018.
More information about the event and the selection procedures can be found in the Call attached.
