🌐 Our Emanuele Fazio, Ph.D. Candidate in Competition & Data Law, currently a Visiting Doctoral Fellow at SciencesPo, has had a short paper, “Rethinking Competition Enforcement for Sustainable Data-Driven Ecosystems”, published by Competition Policy International in the latest edition of Antitrust Chronicles – Ecosystems.
The short paper investigates data-driven ecosystems as an alternative mode of governance for achieving the EU’s digital and green transition targets. It is part of a more comprehensive work that will be presented at the Privacy Symposium in Venice this June and published as a chapter of a new book edited by the Consumer Empowerment Project-CEP and Giuffrè Francis Lefebvre.
