Our Ph.D. community is pleased to announce that Andrea Giorgi, a Ph.D. candidate in Administrative Law at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, has been selected as a speaker for the inaugural conference of a new International Association on Regulation & Governance.

The conference, hosted by the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School on June 17th and 18th, 2024 in Philadelphia will focus on the theme “Regulatory Governance in a Changing World.”

Andrea will present his research paper on “The EU Experimentalist Governance for Climate Neutrality: Institutional Architecture, Regulatory Techniques, and Legitimacy Concerns” at the panel on Environmental Risk Regulation.
