Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting the Sant’Anna Chinese Law Forum, featuring a stimulating exchange with our colleagues from the European University Institute. This event marked the launch of a new platform for dialogue that we hope will develop into a lasting forum for legal exchange. It was a valuable opportunity to engage across legal cultures and perspectives, deepening our shared understanding of the evolving role of law in China and its global implications.

We warmly thank our colleagues from the European University Institute, the Istituto Confucio, and the Sant’Anna PhD in Law community for their collaboration and commitment in making this event possible. We hope this forum will remain a shared space for dialogue and continue to grow in the future!
