On the 24th of November 2022, dott. Cuno Jacob Tarfusser, Prosecutor at the Procura della Repubblica di Milano and Former Judge and Vice-President of the International Criminal Court, will give a lecture to the Ph.D.s in Law concerning “The challenging dialogue between common law and civil law lawyers in the discussion and decision making of the international Courts”.

The lecture will be introduced by Alberto di Martino, Full Professor of Criminal Law at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies.

The lecture will take place in Aula 6 (Sant’Anna School Main Campus) at 9 am.
