On the 16th of December, from 9am to 1 pm, PhD Students and Professors are invited to participate in the second session of the PhD Workshop “Ceci n’est pas un paper” and discuss the papers that have been previously selected:

– The Gentle Mask for the Oppressor: Examining the Colonial Roots of International Law and its Eurocentric Hegemony (Punsara Amarasinghe);

– Agente infiltrato e corruzione: ritratto di un concorrente (a)tipico (Barbara Occhiuzzi);

– Reconceptualization of the European Union’s Rule of Law Promotion in the Western Balkans (Nedim Hogic).

Each paper is presented in 20 minutes by a PhD Student who is not the author. Each presentation is followed by the replies of the author and the discussion among the participants.
