The “Lezioni Pisane di Diritto Civile” are lectiones magistrales regularly held at the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna by prestigious national and international scholars in the field of civil law. The themes are freely chosen by the speakers themselves and the lectures are addressed to a wide and heterogeneous public (lawyers, judges, faculty members, academics, researchers and university students from every stage of their careers).

The upcoming 2018 edition will host Alan Schwartz, Sterling Professor at Yale University and leading expert in the filed of Law and Economics. In this occasion, prof. Schwartz will deliver two lectures: “Contracting About Remedies” (on Monday 9th of April, 17 – 19 pm) and “New Contract Forms” (on Tuesday 10th of April, 10.30 – 12.30 am).
