On June 24th and 25th, in Aula 1 at Palazzo Pilo Boyl, Prof. Alberto di Martino’s research group will host Prof. Malcolm Thorburn, Professor of Criminal Law and Legal Theory at the University of Toronto.

The first seminar (Tuesday, June 24th, from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM) will be focused on the discussion of “Criminal Law Minimalism”.

The day after (Wednesday, June 25, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM), the research group will host a more informal conversation on the identity of criminal law as a discipline from a transnational perspective.
