The seminar series “Perspectives on Criminal Law” aims to enhance a critical approach to Criminal Law and its main contemporary issues. It gathers Professors with special expertise in different areas “inside and around” Criminal Law: History, Philosophy, Criminology, International Criminal Law. Each of them, providing his own particular perspective, will show a challenging way of dealing with Criminal Law.
The first seminar will be given by Professor Nelken, King’s College London, on the 29th of March.
On the 10th and 11th of April, we will host Professor Dezza, University of Pavia. On the 12th and 13th of June, Professor Jessberger, University of Hamburg. We will conclude on the 20th and 21st of June with Professor Norrie, University of Warwick.
