Sant’Anna Regulation Studies (SRS), a PhD research group, is excited to announce the upcoming colloquium titled “Regulating Uncertainty Through Participation”. The event will take place on March 26th from 14:00 to 16:00, both in Sala Riunioni (Palazzo Toscanelli) and on Webex.

As the opening event of the ongoing “Colloquia on Law & Regulation” series, it aims to cultivate informal and interdisciplinary dialogues surrounding regulatory issues. During this colloquium, we will delve into the role of participation in regulating factual uncertainty, questioning its role in the continuum between the formulation phase of the policy and the implementation, including enforcement in concrete cases.

The session will be opened and moderated by Emanuele Fazio (Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna) and will feature insightful presentations by esteemed speakers Giorgio Resta (Università degli Studi Roma Tre) and Joana Mendes (University of Luxembourg). Concluding remarks will be provided by Gianluigi Palombella (Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna).
