The Conference Rethinking Rights in Times of Crisis will examine the the rule of law in times of crisis from the general perspective of the relationship between the legal systems and between the public and private sectors.

The event will be chaired by Prof. Palombella (PhD in Law, Coordinator), and will be divided in two sessions: in the first one, 9.30- 12.30, D. Kochenov (University of Groningen), M. Arcari (Università di Milano Bicocca), D. Tega (Università di Bologna), together with R. Bifulco (Università LUISS) and K. Kondo (Kyoto University) as discussunts, will address the Rights’ inter-orders dimension; in the second one, 14.15- 17.15, R. Bin (Università di Ferrara), C. Michelon (University of Edinburgh), R. Bifulco (Università LUISS) will discuss the topic Between private & public law, with M. Arcari and D. Kochenov as discussants.
