Sant’Anna Legal Studies (STALS) and Sant’Anna Regulation Studies (SRS) are excited to announce the upcoming colloquium titled “The EU Renaissance of Republicanism: On the Future of EU Law in Light of Article 2 TEU”. The event will occur on June 24th from 16:00 to 18:00, both in Aula 4 (Sede Centrale) and online via Webex.
This colloquium will host Armin von Bogdandy (Max Planck Institute, Heidelberg), who will present his MPLI research paper No. 2024-02. The event will also feature the following speakers: Costanza Margiotta (Università di Padova), Giuseppe Martinico (Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna) and Giorgia Valentini (Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna).
The seminar is part of the Express2 H2020 project, led by Antoni Abat (Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona).
