STEFANO ALBERTI Stefano holds a degree in Law summa cum laude from the University of Pisa (2013) and a diploma summa cum laude from Sant’Anna (2014). His research deals with private law, in particular contract law and the law of obligations, insurance and tort law. His dissertation addresses precontractual liability and disclosure duties. Since Fall 2017 he is an attorney licensed to practice in Italy. |
