Research areas: Administrative Law; Applied Legal Theory and Legal Philosophy; Artificial Intelligence, Law and Technologies; Constitutional Law; Criminal Law and Criminal Justice; Private Law and Comparative Private Law; European and Comparative Public Law.

Positions available for the a.y. 24/25: Five (1/5 reserved for candidates who obtained their qualification at a non-Italian University)

Scholarship: 16.243,00 EUR gross per year (on a total of 3 years), including social security charges, tuition fees, and one meal at the school canteen per working day (26 monthly).

An additional economic subsidy is provided for research periods conducted abroad. A rent subsidy might be provided too.
